The company said an internal probe showed no evidence of political bias in the selection of news stories for Trending Topics, a feature that is separate from the main "news feed" where most Facebook users get their news. Mando Corp is in talks with Tesla Motors to supply parts for its Model 3 car, an industry source said, as it seeks to join other South Korean firms supplying components for Tesla's more affordable electric cars. Japan's Sony Corp on Tuesday forecast operating profit to rise just 2 percent this business year, after the electronics maker partially halted production of its cash-cow image sensors last month to assess quake damage at one of its plants.
